IAHV offers researched and evidence-based programs to solve root causes of society’s most serious problems – allowing Human Values to flourish again worldwide.

Misija

The International Association for Human Values (IAHV) is a charitable, educational organization committed to nurturing Human Values in society. As a non-profit organization founded in 1997 in Geneva, Switzerland, it is affiliated with the United Nations on a consultative status at ECOSOC (UN).
Its ultimate goal is a society in which the lives of all people exemplify Human Values. Through a variety of educational activities and services, IAHV works to achieve peace, harmony and well-being throughout the world.

In fostering Human Values, the IAHV works in collaboration with partners dedicated to similar goals, including UN organizations, governments, educational institutions, other Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), business organizations and individuals.
The IAHV’s international headquarters is located in Geneva, Switzerland, with branch offices in France, Germany, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Norway, Russia, Slovenia, USA, Canada, South Africa, Kenya, India, United Arab Emirates, Australia, and St. Lucia.
In Croatia, the national branch of IAHV organization took over the projects of the Art of Living Croatia Association, and has been independently active since 2017.

Vice-President, volunteer

Humanitarian and cultural organizations volunteer, she has been one of the key organizers in the Art of Living Association since 2005. Prison inmate’s psycho-social rehabilitation program (Prison Program) instructor, psycho-physical rehabilitation for specific groups (18–30-year-old youth addiction prevention) facilitator, advanced anti-stress workshop instructor for all ages. Involvement in European IAHV projects. Currently serving as IAHV Croatia vice-president, and European Sri Sri School of Yoga director.

President, volunteer

President, volunteer, national IAHV organization president for three mandates. Prison inmate’s psycho-social rehabilitation program (Prison Program) instructor, experienced in working with inmates in the Croatian Justice System. He has dedicated a year in psycho-social rehabilitation of female prison inmates in the Požega penitentiary, with additional experience in working with war victims, and has worked for two years in a psycho-social rehabilitation of wounded civilians in the Vukovar area. A lawyer by education, with working experience in journalism, civil service (Defense Ministry and Ministry of Justice), is currently employed as general manager of the city organization of the Red Cross in Zaprešić.

Vice-volunteer, has work experience in non-governmental organizations, is engaged in civic activism and humanitarian work and is a longtime volunteer of the International Association for the Promotion of Human Values of Croatia and the Art of Living Foundation. She participates as a volunteer and initiator in a number of projects with special emphasis on programs for children and youth

Founder

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is an international humanitarian leader who is the global rallying voice of this generation’s collective call for peace.
Named one of the “Seven Most Powerful People in India”, by Forbes, his world-renowned meditation techniques helped end the 60-year conflict in Colombia. He has been credited in bringing opposing parties together to facilitate meditation and peace talks in Iraq, Cote d’Ivoire and India. Founder of the Art of Living Foundation and International Association for Human Values, Sri Sri is leading the way toward peace and tolerance through meditation and humanitarian efforts. Over 35 years, his programs and initiatives have touched the lives of over 370 million people in over 180 countries.
“Sudarshan Kriya,” the meditation technique introduced by Sri Sri is backed by research and implemented in schools, corporations, prisons, refugee camps and retreat centers around the world. As a spiritual teacher, Sri Sri rekindled traditions of yoga and meditation that have helped millions of people achieve personal and social transformation by relieving stress and discovering inner peace in daily life.
